Vote for me to be Epikur Writer of the Year!

Folks, this is an election year. Not only will you determine who the next POTUS will be on Nov. 6, but you can also vote in the first Epikur Writer of the Year Award.

And I’m up for that award. And I’d really, really like it.

The post I submitted was my beloved NASA’s Mars Science Laboratory Curiosity rover cupcakes. Because, hey, who doesn’t love science?

Now, you can only vote once, and it’s tracked by IP address to cut down on cheating. Oddly enough, voting lasts until Feb. 1 … which seems a bit drawn out to me, but it’s not my contest to organize.

As of this morning, I only have 44 votes, putting me in 6th place out of 21 entries. But we can do better than that! With the Cupcake Friday Project FB page alone, there are 200+ of you who were kind enough to click the Like button…so won’t you be kind enough to click the radio button by my name, then click vote? Please?

If I end up winning the Epikur Writer of the Year award … well let’s just say I’ll do something pretty epic.
