Winter Philly Food Swap preview

I spent approximately 8 hours on Sunday baking 4 different kinds of cupcakes with 4 different frostings. Of those 4 batches, I got a total yield of 32 standard-sized cupcakes and 37 minis. These were then packaged into cupcake boxes: 6 4-packs and 3 boxes to hold the minis, which will be available for the swappers to sample.

Yup. I was busy baking for Winter Philly Food Swap on Tuesday. Details of the swap to come later. I’m so excited! This will be my second swap (last time I swapped 9 half pint jars of strawberry balsamic black pepper jam) and Ray is joining me with his hazelnut brittle.
